This Privacy Policy describes how Kloobi.net ("company", "we", "us" or "our") may collect and use the non-personal and personal information you provide. We respect your privacy and take protecting it seriously.
By downloading and using our apps, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy and you expressly consent with the collection, use and disclosure of your information. You are always free to opt-out from the collection of your information by not using our mobile applications or services.
We have to protect children's privacy and safety online including restrictions on the marketing to those under 13. Without consent, a child under 13 cannot use any of our apps. In addition, you may not install, use, access the apps and you are requested to erase them from your device, if you or your legal guardian disagree to any term in this Privacy Policy.

There are two types of information we may collect through your use of the Websites/Apps:
We use third party services to collect non-identifiable and anonymous information. Kloobi and third parties are not aware of the identity of the user and his non-personal information has been collected. Non-personal information which is being gathered consists of technical information, behavioral information, statistical information and aggregate data.
Non-personal information is browser identifiers, language, device type, network provider, version and type of operation system, type of browser, session information, screen resolution, SDK version, browser cookies, API key, levels achieved, in-app purchases, application version, Android or iOS Vendor, network status, Flash version, clicks on advertisements, information about the advertisements reviewed by the user, the activities of the user in our apps, what tools in these apps the user uses, a user's interaction with the service and user's behavior on the service.
Non-personal information is gathered by third party services while you access the service. Analytical third party services are aware of your usage of the service, and may collect the information relating to such usage.
Purpose of the collection of non-personal information is to use it for statistic, analyticity and research, development, improvement and customization of our applications, providing better and improved content, developing new offering, measure traffic and usage on our apps, promote our apps and improving the user experience.
Individually identifiable information may identify an individual and may be of a private nature. Kloobi may collect some of the following personal information, user's personal identifiers, user's e-mail address, geo-location data.
Kloobi does not collect any personal information from you without your approval, which is acquired through your acceptance of the Privacy Policy.
Personal information may also be stored on the user's device through generally accepted industry technologies used within Kloobi Apps (cookies, local storage).
Purpose of the collection of personal information is to improve the users experience and our apps, permit certain ad serving features (frequency capping), supply the users with personalized information and content (customized and interest-based ads), permit certain functionalities available within the apps (in-app purchases), permit the user to use the Game Center Features, the Social Features and the features which are available while using the "Log in with Facebook" feature, send push notifications to the user's device after the user has agreed to accept push notifications from Kloobi. Users can deactivate push notification by changing the notification settings in accordance with the instructions of the operating system running on the user's device.
When you download and use our Websites/Apps, we don't require you to provide any personal information and we don't collect any personal information about you, except we collect: if the parents send us an email from the Websites/Apps, then only we collect the email addresses exceptionally to provide support.
This Privacy Policy is appointed to provide you, the legal guardian of a child under the age of 13 years old, with guidance regarding our privacy policies with respect to collecting, using and disclosing personal information regarding children under the age of 13.
Our Apps comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA, http://www.coppa.org/coppa.htm). We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 in violation of COPPA, and if in the event that a user identifies himself or herself as a child under the age of 13 through a support request, we will not collect, store or use, and will delete in a secure manner, any personal information of such user. Some information may be collected by third party providers of services (advertising networks, etc.) or certain products.
We allow users to contact us if they have support questions about use of our mobile applications. If you submit a support request, we may receive your email address and other information you provide related to your support request ("Support Information"). We use Support Information only for the support for the internal operations of our website and Apps as provided under Section 312.2 of the COPPA rules effective July 1, 2013.
We do not knowingly collect or use any Personal Information from children under the age of 13. To the extent we feel that any of our Websites/Apps are directed to children under the age of 13, we will not collect Personal Information from users of those Websites/Apps.
If you are a parent of a child under 13 years of age and you believe your child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us by email listed on the App's page and we will delete the information from our system.
We may collect Non-personal Information, such as a device ID or other persistent identifier linked to the device or computer, which may be used by a child to play our Websites/Apps. The data collected will be anonymous and not tied to any Personal Information. In addition, this data will be used solely for internal purposes such as personalization of content, security, and contextual (not behavioral) advertising.
Certain of our Websites/Apps may permit in-game purchases, even if the applicable game was free to download. Such purchases do not always require the re-entry of credit card information because they may be made through an existing third-party account (such as an iTunes account). If you are a parent who is concerned about this feature, you may disable the ability to make in-game purchases by selecting the Settings tab for the applicable Website/App, and following the necessary prompts to prohibit such purchases.
If you are between the age of 13 and 18, please obtain your parents' permission prior to registering with our Platform or providing us with any Personal Information.
We will share your information (personal information) with third parties only in the ways that are described in this privacy statement. We may disclose your personal information only in the following cases:
Kloobi accepts advertisements (banners, interstitials,..) from third parties ad networks. These advertisements may be displayed in our apps. Advertisers may use cookies and other web-tracking technologies to collect data, in case that user clicks on any of these advertisements.
Advertisers collect data regarding advertisement performance, user's interaction with ads, our apps and user's interests. Collected data may include user's non-personal and personal information (unique identifiers, network and device information, age, gender and geo-location) in order to serve you ads and for the third parties’ legitimate business interests. We use this aggregated information to understand and optimize how our applications are used, improve our marketing efforts, and provide content and features that are of interest to you. The use of informations by third parties is not covered by our privacy statement. We do not have access or control over these informations. Furthermore, Kloobi may advertise other Kloobi Apps within the apps.
